Some of my favorite pieces of jewelry were passed down to me from my grandmother.

The other day I went on the hunt for a bracelet that my grandmother gave me and I can’t find it anywhere. It is quite literally one of the most frustrating things to experience because it keeps popping up in the back of my mind “where could i have put that bracelet”?

So, I have made it a personal mission of mine to gather and organize all of my jewelry and accessories. But before I do anything when it comes to decorating my hone, I pull inspiration. I want to create a full vision in my mind of what I want to create, before I actually create it.

A few things to know before you begin:

• You will want to plan out where you are going to store your jewelry and what you might need. Do you want to use a jewelry box? Do you prefer jewelry trays? Do you want to store in the closet or in a dresser?

• Order any jewelry cleaning supplies you should be using. I am obsessed with these silver polishing cloths and I keep them always on hand.

• Group your gems according to how often you wear them. Consider storage for precious pieces and one for everyday wear items
